WELCOME

Hello, I'm Colleen! I'm glad you're here to take this step on your healing journey. My practice provides collaborative and respectful psychotherapy for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, and overwhelming thoughts or feelings.

For fourteen years as of the 2025 website, I had supported individuals with a wide range of concerns. My approach considers the whole person and responds to individual needs, strengths, and circumstances.

I focus on complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, and dissociative disorders, while also welcoming people who simply feel stuck or dissatisfied and want support making changes.

THERAPY TECHNIQUES

EMDR & complementary approaches

I am a certified EMDR clinician and EMDR consultant. My practice uses EMDR with complementary approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Dream Completion, and Flash techniques, alongside other evidence-based interventions.

Sessions may include conversation or reprocessing. My priority is to work collaboratively so you feel supported throughout the process.
